Several agencies, and university members, have caucuses within TSEU to address organizing and policy issues that are specific to them. At right, are TSEU's current agency caucuses.

The agency/university caucuses meet several times each year, including during the General Assembly. Each caucus will adopt agency specific legislative goals that it proposes to be added to TSEU's overall political program.
