A. Oppose any cuts of patient beds and services and any new attempts to privatize state hospitals

B. Fully fund and staff all DSHS facilities

C. Eliminate AccessHR and restore state operated human resources

D. Establish public review and transparency in current and future outsourcing contracts; cancel underperforming contracts; return work to state employees
