a. Mandate a legislative audit of contracted workforce services and the “Texas model” with the goal of ensuring the highest quality services to Texans and to protect the rights of employment services staff.

b. Allow all new employees to reap the same benefits as tenured employees as well as increase salary classification for all TWC employees

c. Ensure free access by the union to state employees without censorship
